O’Neil’s Vice President to Speak on Omni-channel Member Communications at World Congress Annual Summit

Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Mark Rosson, will speak at this year’s Medical Marketing and Sales Innovation Summit, hosted by World Congress March 5-6 in Orlando, FL.

Mr. Rosson’s focus for attendees will be on the changing landscape of CMS rules and how these will allow Medicare plans to offer electronic delivery of plan materials to beneficiaries. The key to taking advantage of this change is to ensure the plan has a strategy and the proper technology to transition seamlessly to eDelivery.

Rosson will describe what to look for when selecting an ePresentment platform, including which communication touchpoints need to be available to members. He will teach best practices necessary to obtain a high rate of eAdoption and discuss how to electronically present and deliver critical compliance and marketing communications documents in any media chosen by members.

In addition he will explore best practices for Omni-channel document delivery, and the importance of building a strong document eNotifications platform. The key talking point will be how to capture member preferences by product type and incorporate augmented reality into printed documents. Augmented Reality demonstrations will be provided at the event.

Mark Rosson joins an impressive list of industry experts including executives from Aetna, Anthem, UnitedHealthcare, and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services at the 10th annual conference.
