ONEclick provides immediate online access to specific archived compliance documents and marketing communication pieces. Every mailed document is electronically archived for 10 years. Documents can be rendered immediately, giving Call Center agents and marketing personnel rapid online access to previously mailed documents.

It reduces Call Center call times by making documents immediately accessible to agents, sales and marketing staff, via our easy to use document search and retrieval system. Our system allows users to search and access all archived documents such as Letters, ID Cards, EOB’s, Statements, EOCs, and Enrollment Kit’s. These documents can be viewed and re-mailed, emailed, or faxed to the recipient.
